This is a familiar taste to our regular customers, used on the salads and Japanese-style salads that come with the lunch sets.

Originally, we made this by hand in our restaurant kitchen, but the number of customers requesting to purchase it increased year by year, and we couldn't keep up with the demand with handmade production.

In recent years, we've provided the recipe to a manufacturer and entrusted them with its production.

That manufacturer is "Cock Sauce Co., Ltd."

They are a long-established manufacturer in Fukuoka City, with over 90 years of history.

 

Cock Sauce Co., Ltd. is a company that is committed to local production for local consumption and safe and secure ingredients.

Surprisingly, they even make the "sweet Kyushu-style soy sauce" that is one of the raw materials for this dressing, so the ingredient list is as follows.

 

It has little acidity and is especially popular with men and children.

Mothers often tell us, "My children eat a lot of vegetables with this dressing!"

It's also excellent when used as a sauce for cold pasta or as a dressing for chilled ramen!

This dressing is made for commercial use at our four restaurants, so it can only be obtained at our restaurant fronts, online shop, and Fukuoka Airport.

It is not distributed through general retail channels.
