Our Spice [Original Blend Mix Spice]

Our skilled chefs have blended cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom

to create this original coarse-ground spice mix.

You'll notice its rich aroma the moment you open the package!

This blend prioritizes aroma above all else,

and the cinnamon used is not the common "cassia" found in Japan,

but fragrant Ceylon cinnamon from Sri Lanka.

Use a dash of this spice as a finishing touch for curries and all kinds of spiced dishes.

 

It can also be added directly as an ingredient to spice teas, spiced sweets, and more.

It is not roasted, but you can lightly dry-roast it in a pan

to use it as a condiment.
