This is the dressing used in the lunch sets at our restaurants, "Fushigi Kana Tsunapaha" and "Tohou Yushusai Nuwara Eliya," which are enjoyed by 80% of our customers.

It's a familiar taste to our regular customers, used in the salads and Japanese-style salads that come with the lunch sets.

Made with sweet Kyushu-style soy sauce, kabosu juice, and salad oil, it's a flavor that's easy for Japanese people to enjoy.

 

Originally, we made it by hand in our restaurant kitchen, but the number of customers wishing to purchase it increased year by year, and we couldn't keep up with demand.

In recent years, we've entrusted a manufacturing company, "Cook Sauce Co., Ltd.," a long-established company that has been operating in Fukuoka City for over 90 years, with the recipe and commissioned them to produce it.

 

Cook Sauce Co., Ltd. is a company that is committed to local production for local consumption and safe and secure ingredients.

They even make the "Kyushu-style sweet soy sauce" from scratch, which is one of the main ingredients of this dressing.
