and in recent years, it's also recognized as a new local gourmet dish in Fukuoka City.

Devised by the Sri Lankan restaurant "Nuwara Eliya," which opened in Fukuoka City in 1988,
and continuously offered in Fukuoka City with its sister restaurant "Fushigikona Tunapaha" to this day,
it is an original curry different from the curries eaten in Sri Lanka.
We will deliver this unique Sri Lankan curry, unique to our restaurant and to Fukuoka,
to your home in frozen form!

This bean curry is especially popular with women for its gentle flavor and healthiness.
At our restaurant, it's a familiar dish served alongside Sri Lankan curry or noodle curry
as one of the curry options.

We use split chickpeas, "chana dal."
The spiciness is mild (for our curries).
The fluffy texture and coconut milk pair gently,
and since the only ingredient is beans, it's very healthy!
It overturns the image of curry, and we even recommend enjoying it alone for breakfast.
