Its characteristics are a tingling spiciness combined with the mellowness and sweetness of coconut milk. The roux is a smooth, soup-like consistency. This is a type of curry known as "Fukuoka-style Sri Lankan Curry" or "Kyushu Lanka Curry," which has recently become a new local gourmet specialty in Fukuoka City.

Developed by the Sri Lankan restaurant "Nuwara Eliya," which opened in Fukuoka City in 1988, this original curry is different from the curries traditionally eaten in Sri Lanka. It has been continuously offered in Fukuoka City by "Nuwara Eliya" and its sister restaurant "Fushigi Kozai Tunapaha." We will deliver this unique Sri Lankan curry, exclusive to our restaurant and Fukuoka, frozen to your home!

The curry is prepared by our local chefs who wield their skills at the restaurant, then directly packed, so you can enjoy the restaurant's authentic taste at home!

Our most popular chicken curry is considerably spicier than common curries eaten in Japan, but
Real Red Curry is an extra-spicy version that has even more spicy seasonings added
to the already spicy chicken curry!
Please be cautious if you dislike spicy food or if there are small children.
