Tunapaha Lamprais Bento + Chicken Curry Set (Frozen, 1 serving each, 2 packs total)

In Sri Lanka, there is a curry bento called "Lamprais"
wrapped in a banana leaf.
It's a hearty bento
that combines rice and several kinds of curries without soup, and sambol (Sri Lankan sprinkles),
all wrapped in a large banana leaf.

Following the example of Lamprais, we used bamboo skin instead of banana leaves
to create a local-style curry rice!
It features three types of curry: a rich, soup-less chicken curry, a mild lentil curry,
and a vegetable curry with potatoes, green beans, and delicious coconut milk.
It also includes local-style coconut sambol, and instead of goraka (a sour Sri Lankan ingredient made from dried fruit),
we've added umeboshi (pickled plum) to create a Tunapaha-style Lamprais.

Thaw it, heat it in the microwave, spread it on a plate,
and pour the accompanying chicken curry sauce over it,
and you'll have an authentic curry dish that tastes like it came from a cafe or specialty restaurant!

It's quite spicy,
so customers who are not keen on spicy food should be careful.

How to eat
1. Thaw in the microwave with the package bag, or
　　Move to the refrigerator several hours before eating to thaw.

2. Make a small hole in the package and microwave as is.
　　Heat using the following as a guide.
　　500・600W・・・3 minutes
　　700W・・・・・2 minutes 30 seconds

3. Open the bamboo skin and paper (baking sheet), spread it on a plate,
　　pour the curry roux over it,
　　and then mix freely and enjoy.

It's also delicious if you pour your favorite curry roux over it!

How to eat

with the side showing text facing up and heat as follows:
