Spiced soup (frozen, 250g)

Tunapaha and Nuwara Eliya have sealed their long-loved curry.
We've frozen it while keeping its delicious taste intact!

Its features are a tingling spiciness and the mellow sweetness of coconut milk.
The roux is a smooth, soup-like consistency.
It's a type of curry known as "Fukuoka-style Sri Lankan Curry" or "Kyushu Lanka Curry,"
which has recently become known as a new local gourmet dish in Fukuoka City.

Created by the Sri Lankan restaurant "Nuwara Eliya," which opened in Fukuoka City in 1988,
and continuously offered in Fukuoka City to this day, together with its sister restaurant "Fushigi Kozai Tunapaha,"
this is an original curry different from the curries traditionally eaten in Sri Lanka.
We will deliver this unique Sri Lankan curry, unique to our restaurant and to Fukuoka,
to your home in frozen form!

Since the curry is prepared by our local chefs, who showcase their skills at the restaurant,
and then packed as is,
you can enjoy the restaurant's taste right in your own home!

Our spice soup is a popular menu item that has been around since our founding in 1988.

It's made with plenty of spices yet has a gentle flavor.
Drinking it before meals or for breakfast, you can feel your body slowly warming up with each sip,
and your appetite increasing.

How about a soup first thing in the morning, just like you would coffee or tea?

*This dish is handmade by our chefs in between restaurant hours.
It is not a mass-produced item from a factory,
so it may take 1 to 10 days from order to delivery.

[Shelf life] 6 months from manufacturing date

[Storage method] Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Store in the freezer and consume as soon as possible.

[How to serve]
Boil water in a large pot and immerse the entire bag in the hot water to warm it.
Alternatively, place the package with the text facing up on a microwave-safe plate and warm it according to the following guidelines:
500-600W ... 5 minutes
700W ........ 4 minutes
