Great on curry! Great on rice! Tuna Paha Furikake

Sale price¥750

In Sri Lanka, various types of curries and salads, along with local-style furikake (rice seasoning), are

served on one plate and eaten by freely mixing them on the dish.

Our skilled Sri Lankan chefs have created

a furikake specifically designed to be sprinkled over curry!

It's delicious on rice or mixed into onigiri, but

its greatest feature is that you can sprinkle it over authentic local-style curries made with spices!

It's a familiar flavor to Japanese people and popular in Sri Lanka. Made with "katsuobushi" (dried bonito flakes),

fried onions, "pandan leaf" (a type of herb),

and a spicy accent from chili peppers, characteristic of our restaurant,

it's a masterpiece that sets itself apart from ordinary katsuobushi furikake,

boasting rich umami and flavor.

*This is fresh furikake, so please store it in the refrigerator.
