Devised by the Sri Lankan restaurant "Nuwara Eliya," which opened in Fukuoka City in 1988,
and continuously offered in Fukuoka City with its sister restaurant "Fushigi Kozai Tunapaha" to this day,
this is an original curry, different from the curries eaten in Sri Lanka.
We will deliver this unique Sri Lankan curry, unique to our restaurant and Fukuoka,
to your home in frozen form!

Since the curry is prepared by our local chefs, who cook at the restaurant,
and then packed as is,
you can enjoy the restaurant's authentic flavor at home!

The vegetable curry is mildly spicy, with familiar vegetables like carrots, potatoes, and pumpkin,
as well as cashew nuts,
making it a richly ingredient-filled curry.

The milky taste of coconut milk, the aroma of spices,
and the sweetness of vegetables create a delicious, soup-like roux
that pairs perfectly with rice or noodles.
Since it's all vegetables, it's very healthy.
It's also great for breakfast!

Furthermore, if you combine it with chicken curry over rice or noodles,
it will soften the spiciness of the chicken curry and
double or even triple the overall deliciousness of the curry!

【How to Serve】
