The roux is a thin, soup-like consistency.
This is a type of curry known as "Fukuoka-style Sri Lankan Curry" or "Kyushu Lanka Curry,"
and has recently become known as a new local delicacy in Fukuoka City.

Developed by the Sri Lankan restaurant "Nuwara Eliya," which opened in Fukuoka City in 1988,
and continuously offered in Fukuoka City along with its sister restaurant "Fushigi Kosai Tunapaha" until today,
it is an original curry different from the curries eaten in actual Sri Lanka.
This unique Sri Lankan curry, only available at our restaurant and in Fukuoka,
will be delivered to your home frozen!

The curry is prepared by our local chefs who showcase their skills at the restaurant,
and then directly packed into pouches,
so you can enjoy the restaurant's authentic taste at home!

Our most popular chicken curry is considerably spicier than the average curry eaten in Japan,
but
the Real Red Curry is an extra spicy version with even more spicy seasoning added
to the already spicy chicken curry!
Please be cautious if you are sensitive to spice or if serving to small children.

●You can change any number of curries to chicken curry.
　When ordering, please specify "Change ○ to chicken curry" in the remarks field.

※When consuming, heat in a hot water bath, or place the package with the back side
　(the side with the handling instructions printed) facing up
　on a microwave-safe plate, and
　heat for approximately:
　500W・600W・・・5 minutes
　700W・・・4 minutes

※The package has a slit to release steam,
　so you may hear a popping sound during heating.
　Please be assured that this is a sign that the package is functioning normally.
　
※This dish is handmade by our chefs between restaurant operating hours.
　It is not a mass-produced product from a factory,
