Lamprais + Chicken Curry x 2 sets (frozen, 2 meals each, 4 packs total)

In Sri Lanka, there is a curry lunch box called "Lamprais"
wrapped in a banana leaf.
It's a hearty lunch box that combines rice, several types of curries without soup, and sambol (Sri Lankan furikake),
all wrapped in a large banana leaf.

Following the example of Lamprais, we used bamboo sheath instead of banana leaf
to create an authentic curry rice!
It features a rich, spicy chicken curry without soup, a mild lentil curry,
a delicious vegetable curry with potatoes, green beans, and coconut milk,
three kinds of curry, an authentic coconut sambol,
and a umeboshi (pickled plum) instead of goraka (a sour Sri Lankan dried fruit),
making it a Tunapaha-style Lamprais.

After thawing and heating in the microwave, spread it out on a plate
and pour the accompanying chicken curry sauce over it to complete
an authentic plate of curry that would be served in a cafe or specialty restaurant!

Please note that it is quite spicy,
so customers who are not good with spicy food should be careful.

[Tunapaha Lamprais Lunch Box]

Storage method　Keep frozen. Be sure to store at -18℃ or below.

How to enjoy
1. Thaw the package bag in the microwave, or
　　Transfer to the refrigerator several hours before eating to thaw.

2. Poke a small hole in the package and heat in the microwave as is
　　according to the following guidelines.
　　500・600W・・・3 minutes
　　700W・・・・・2 minutes 30 seconds

3. Open the bamboo sheath and paper (baking sheet) and spread on a plate,
　　then pour the curry sauce over it
　　and mix freely before enjoying.

It's also delicious if you add your favorite curry sauce!
