We've sealed the curry that has been loved for many years at Tunapaha, Nuwara Eliya.
It's frozen to preserve its delicious taste!

Its characteristics are its tingling spiciness, and the mildness and sweetness of coconut milk.
The roux is a thin, soup-like consistency.
This is a type of curry known as "Fukuoka-style Sri Lankan curry" or "Kyushu Lanka curry,"
and it has recently become known as a new local delicacy in Fukuoka City.

Developed by the Sri Lankan restaurant "Nuwara Eliya," which opened in Fukuoka City in 1988,
and continuously offered in Fukuoka City by its sister restaurant "Fushigi Kosai Tunapaha" to this day,
it is an original curry, different from the curries eaten in Sri Lanka.
We will deliver this unique Sri Lankan curry, unique to our restaurant and unique to Fukuoka,
to your home in frozen form!

The curry is prepared by our local chefs who wield their skills at the restaurant,
and packed directly into the bags,
so you can enjoy the restaurant's flavor right in your own home!

Tunapaha, Nuwara Eliya's specialty dish, "Noodle Curry."

Inspired by "string hoppers," steamed noodles made from rice flour
that are eaten with curry in Sri Lanka,
we stir-fry vermicelli noodles and chopped vegetables together,
and serve them with curry instead of rice.
It's an original style of curry originating from our restaurant.

To enable you to easily recreate and enjoy the noodle curry from our restaurant at home,
we've created frozen noodle-only packs.

The noodles are prepared by our skilled chefs at the restaurant
and frozen in single servings, just like we serve them!
Like our own curry, you can also serve it on a plate with ready-made curry from other companies
or with curry you've made at home.

The noodles are generously coated in curry,
offering a delicious taste that's different from rice!
It pairs perfectly with thin, soup-like curries.
