Its distinctive features are its electrifying spiciness, and the mellow sweetness of coconut milk. The curry sauce is a thin, soup-like consistency.

This is a type of curry known as "Fukuoka-style Sri Lankan curry" or "Kyushu Lanka curry," which has recently become known as a new local delicacy in Fukuoka City.

It was developed by "Nuwara Eliya," a Sri Lankan restaurant that opened in Fukuoka City in 1988, and has been continuously offered in Fukuoka City by its sister restaurant, "Fushigikana Tunapaha," to this day. It is an original curry, different from the curries traditionally eaten in Sri Lanka.

We deliver this unique Sri Lankan curry, distinctive to our restaurant and Fukuoka, to your home in frozen form!

Since the curry is prepared by our local chefs who expertly wield their skills at the restaurant and then packed as is, you can enjoy the authentic restaurant taste in the comfort of your own home!

At our restaurant, the popular specialty dish is "Sri Lankan Curry," which features chicken curry, lentil curry, and a daily vegetable curry all served on one plate.

The traditional way to enjoy Sri Lankan curry is to serve multiple types of curry on a plate and freely mix them together as you eat.

Of course, eating each one individually is delicious, but we highly recommend combining all three types on one plate and mixing them!

This curry set allows you to recreate the Sri Lankan curry you enjoy at our restaurant in your own home.

Boil water in a large pot and thaw and heat in a bain-marie.

Place the package with the back side (the side with the handling instructions printed) facing up on a microwave-safe dish, and heat for:
