Its features are a tingling spiciness and the mellow sweetness of coconut milk.
The roux is a smooth, soup-like consistency.
It's a type of curry known as "Fukuoka-style Sri Lankan Curry" or "Kyushu Lanka Curry,"
and has recently become known as a new local delicacy in Fukuoka City.

Developed by the Sri Lankan restaurant "Nanuoya," which opened in Fukuoka City in 1988,
and continuously offered in Fukuoka City along with its sister restaurant "Fushigikana TUNA PAHA" to this day,
it is an original curry different from the curries traditionally eaten in Sri Lanka.
We deliver this unique Sri Lankan curry, unique to our restaurant and Fukuoka,
to your home in frozen form!

Since the curry is prepared by our local chefs, who cook at the restaurant,
and then directly packed,
you can enjoy the restaurant's authentic taste at home!

Our most popular chicken curry is considerably spicier
than typical curries eaten in Japan.
Please be careful if you are not accustomed to spicy food or have small children.

　and heat for approximately:

【How to eat】
Boil water in a large pot and immerse the bag in the hot water to warm it.
