Its distinctive features are its numbing spiciness and the mellow sweetness of coconut milk. The roux is a thin, soup-like consistency. This is a genre of curry known as "Fukuoka-style Sri Lankan Curry" or "Kyushu Lanka Curry," which has recently become recognized as a new local specialty in Fukuoka City.

Conceived by the Sri Lankan restaurant "Nuwara Eliya," which opened in Fukuoka City in 1988, and continuously offered alongside its sister restaurant "Fushigi Kosai Tsunapaha" in Fukuoka City, this is an original curry that differs from the curries eaten in Sri Lanka itself. We deliver this unique Sri Lankan curry, distinctive to our restaurant and Fukuoka, to your home in frozen form!

The curry is prepared by our local chefs, who showcase their skills at the restaurant, and then packed directly, so you can enjoy the restaurant's authentic taste right at home!

Our most popular Chicken Curry is considerably spicier than typical Japanese curries. Please exercise caution if you are not accustomed to spicy food or if serving to small children.

*When consuming, place the package with the back side (the side with the handling instructions printed on it) facing up onto a microwave-safe dish, and heat as a guideline:

　500W・600W・・・5 minutes
　700W・・・4 minutes

*The package has slits to release steam, so you may hear a popping sound during heating. Please be assured that this is a sign that the package is functioning normally.

【How to Serve】
Bring water to a boil in a large pot and immerse the bag in the hot water to warm it (bain-marie).
