Tunapaha and Nuwara Eliya have sealed their long-beloved curry.
We froze it while keeping its deliciousness intact!

Its characteristics are its numbing spiciness and the mellow sweetness of coconut milk.
The roux is a thin, soup-like consistency.
It is a type of curry known as "Fukuoka-style Sri Lankan curry" or "Kyushu Lanka curry,"
and has recently become known as a new local gourmet dish in Fukuoka City.

This original curry, different from the curries eaten in authentic Sri Lanka,
was developed by the Sri Lankan restaurant "Nuwara Eliya," which opened in Fukuoka City in 1988,
and has been continuously offered in Fukuoka City along with its sister restaurant, "Fushigi Kosai Tunapaha," to this day.
We will deliver this unique Sri Lankan curry, unique to our restaurant and Fukuoka,
frozen to your home!

The curry is prepared by our local chefs who show off their skills at the restaurant
and then directly packed into pouches,
so you can enjoy the restaurant's authentic taste at home!

We have prepared a set of five packs, one each of five varieties,
including the classic chicken curry, bean curry, and vegetable curry,
plus peach pork curry and spice soup.

Our most popular item! Spicy chicken curry,
bean curry, which is especially popular for its healthy qualities and the fluffy texture of split chickpeas,
and vegetable curry, which is delightfully packed with ingredients and less spicy.
In addition to these three classics, we have two more:

Peach Pork Curry is made with premium pork from "River Wild,"
a company in Ukiha City, Fukuoka Prefecture, that specializes in raising pigs
that are fed seasonal fruits (or sake lees when fruits are unavailable!) for several tens of days before shipping.
It's a spicy and hearty gourmet curry.

The spice soup has been a popular menu item at our restaurant since its establishment.
Despite being made with a generous amount of spices, it's not spicy.
As you eat it, your body gradually warms up,
and it's a perfect soup for breakfast or a light meal that makes you feel more hungry.

At our restaurant, we recommend serving multiple types of curry at once
and enjoying them by mixing them freely, in the local Sri Lankan style.
Therefore, we have prepared a set that allows you to enjoy various types of curry, one of each,

【How to Serve】
Boil water in a large pot, immerse the entire pouch in the hot water, and heat in a bain-marie.
